Johnny Fewings

A 40 year veteran of the music and film business, nowadays happy just to be playing his banjo and listening to jazz and blues music.

A working career that has covered Virgin, Polygram and Universal Pictures, he started out in Virgin shops where he managed the Virgin Megastore.

He was arrested and charged in 1977 under the 1824 Vagrancy Act for displaying "Never Mind The Bollocks" posters but lived to tell the tale.

Moved into the film business in 1991 but music remains his first love.

Is one of the founders of the Whitstable Sessions Music Club.
