This site serves as an archive for the nearly 2000 shows that the people of Whitstable and beyond produced under the moniker of Big Bubble Radio during the strange lockdown times that started in early 2020.

Innovation - a creative station.

Conceived during the first 2020 covid lockdown so as to see what could be built using the Internet whilst remaining physically separated, Big Bubble Radio has become a magnet and an outlet for Whitstable musicians and many other creative types.

We boast over 25 regular shows with presenters from Whitstable and further afield.

Not your typical station, we play what we want when we want from a massive collection of eclectic music that you are unlikely to hear anywhere else. We've achieved this by building an internet based platform that our presenters use to broadcast. No physical studio but a campus built from people's homes and studios. Music, comedy and esoterica from Whitstable to the World!
